For one of our Client we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the field of Customer Service.
At the position of Contact Center Representative you will be responsible for responding to queries and providing support for website and application users. You will be answering Client’s questions and solving their problems via chat, email, social media and phone. Although your role will be to support mainly Czech speaking Clients, English language at C1 level is a must.
We are looking for Candidates which are communicative and able to work under pressure of time. Czech and English language skills as well as experience in Client Service oriented area are also required. Flexibility and openness for full time work (40h/week, standard working hours- 9am-5pm, few times a month- 5pm-1am), sometimes also during the weekend are a must.
