For our Client – Fast growing International IT software provider, based in Warsaw – we are looking for positive and creative Customer Care Agent with fluent German.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for handling e-mails and customer calls to solve their actual problems related to e-commerce platform. Moreover, this person will cooperate closely with other teams in order to create a report on mistakes and avoid them in the future.
Ideal Candidate should speak fluent German and English as well as have experience in customer service area. Problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment are desirable. We are looking for people who are passionate, ambitious and ready for challenges. Previous experience in customer service and IT related area will be a great asset.
