HAYS Sales & Marketing General is looking for Customer Service Specialist (Support Analyst) for Reckitt Benckiser.
Customer Service Specialist (Support Analyst) will join international Digital Solutions team which is responsible for all digital platforms developed in company. This role sits within the support function, from day to day providing the necessary management of: Support questions; Release scheduling and processing; Subject matter advice; Agency inductions in to company processes. The Specialist role is to provide first line support to Digital Agencies from around the Globe allowing them to deliver projects for the Digital Marketing teams around the Globe.
We are looking for dynamic, self-confident candidates with experience in area of digital technologies and digital marketing – previous experience from interactive agencies will be an asset. To be successful you should have solid communication skills, experience in managing digital projects and excellent English skills (written and spoken). Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS, and web analytics is also required.
