Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely entry of various business data into systems and databases through interpretation of different sources and associated correspondence (multi-lingual)
- Analysis and presentation of data
- Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
- Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
- Production of insurance documentation (quotations, certificates, endorsements)
- Driving efficiency and improvementsn in the Reporting Process
- Electronic filing of documents
- Business user systems testing
- Ensuring processes, procedures and SLA’s are met
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German
- University degree
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of: accountancy, finance, business analysis, reporting etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA, SQL will be a plus)
- Experience of using a number of data sources and systems
- Analytical approach, diligent and accurate working style, flair for numbers, attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, including positive approach to cooperation within young, and full of energy team
- Willingness to develop personally and professionally in global company
