Dutch or Polish First Line Analyst

Main tasks
- As a member of a first line customer support team, find the best and the easiest solution for customer problems
- Keeping daily contact with our international customers and teams
- Resolving IT issues which can occur during the course of office work
- Answering support queries via tools, phone and email
- Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams
- Maintaining and improve customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
- At least strong intermediate knowledge of English and fluency in Dutch or Polish
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and Windows 7
- Great teamplayer
- Experience in customer service or service desk field is a big advantage
