For our Client, an international production company - Start Up / New Investment in Poland, we are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and communicative candidates interested in working with very high level product, on the position of EHS Manager.
EHS Manager
(south of Poland)
Tasks:
- Leadership of the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security function for the plant and operations in Poland.
- Leading the development and implementation of programs and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal and external customer requirements.
- Reporting directly to the Poland Plant Director with functional reporting to the Global Director of Environmental, Health, Safety and Security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety or related field combined with relevant work experience required;
- Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental strongly preferred;
- Very good English skills (must);
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as a EHS Manager in production company.
- Comprehensive analytical and problem solving skills;
- Highly motivated and self-directed;
- Possess strong leadership skills, with exceptional proficiency in interpersonal communications including the ability to influence others.
- Proven experience in start up/Green Field project will be a plus.
