Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Experience in team leading
- BA/MA Degree
- Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
- Attention to details and perceptiveness
- Excellent ability to work in a team and individually
- Experience in knowledge/process transfer
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operation of the team to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer service related issues
- Developing value added Customer Service related solutions and tactical plans to meet target Customer Service and budgeted service cost levels
- Building and maintaining Customer Service relations
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Service is provided
- Recommending and implementing process improvement strategies, standards and delivery goals for the team
- Cooperating with other sites to assure effectiveness of the processes
