- Act as strong and independent Business Partner supporting business managers and aligning HR priorities with business strategic goals, needs and company strategy,
- Contribute to define and develop HR policies, processes, procedures and standards,
- Support, advice and/or management of recruitment activities,
- Provide strategic and consultative support to the business,
- Consult with business on HR issues & processes related to staffing, compensation, employee relations/complaints, performance management, learning & development and talent management,
- Support business in the area of Workforce Management and International Mobility.
- Min. 3 years of experience in related area,
- English: min. Level B2,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- good work organization,
- Self-motivated and result oriented,
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal,
- Highly effective in working with people and in a team environment; ability to influence others,
- A proactive approach.
The position will be located in our office in Warsaw.
