Inside Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Inside Sales Manager to support our international growth ambitions as well as lead and grow our inside sales team. This role will be suitable for an individual with hands-on sales experience and proven track record of sales success. As an Inside sales manager you will mentor, motivate and support internal sales team. You will report to the Sales Director and play a vital role in business growth by contributing to the company’s future sales strategy. Working together with key stockholders and top management, you will drive new business and oversee full cycle sales activates.
Mission
- Lead, mentor and develop inside sales team
- Drive and manage full-cycle sales activates
- Deliver expected results within all metrics.
- Build strong relationship with Client Partners and Top Management Team
- Conduct an effective market research and identify potential customers
- Actively seek a new business in Europe and United States
- Create, manage and support sales campaigns
Requirements
- University Degree
- Excellent leadership skills, proven experience in managing international geographically dispersed sales team
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in identifying new customers and closing deals on the European and/or US market
- Experience with sales reporting and CRM tools
- Good understanding of IT market will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, Very good English level is a must
