Duties:
Generates customer invoices and assures accuracy.
Work directly with Sales, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Shipping and Freight Forwarders to communicate customer needs.
Responsible for international order processing.
Prepares required export documentation in a precise manner.
Expedite customer requests, return materials, monitoring order status, communicates product availability, confirm proper pricing, resolves discrepancies while taking whatever action is necessary to meet the customer needs.
Helps to build and maintain international customer relationships through various means.
Works closely with Sales and Quality to ensure timely and fair resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
Resolves all customer complaints, billing and service issues and assures all product related issues are referred to the proper department.
Answers phones, emails, and faxes in a timely and professional manner.
Filing and general office duties required.
Expectations:
At least three years of related experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
Fluent English is a must
German as advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Self-motivated, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment while maintaining excellent working relationships with people in a wide variety of functional areas.
