Customer Service Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in team leading
  • BA/MA Degree
  • Willingness to learn and develop already gained skills
  • Attention to details and perceptiveness
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and individually
  • Experience in knowledge/process transfer

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operation of the team to meet SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customer service related issues
  • Developing value added Customer Service related solutions and tactical plans to meet target Customer Service and budgeted service cost levels
  • Building and maintaining Customer Service relations
  • Ensuring the highest level of Customer Service is provided 
  • Recommending and implementing process improvement strategies, standards and delivery goals for the team
  • Cooperating with other sites to assure effectiveness of the processes
