- Bachelor or equivalent degree
- At least 4 years experience of managing Program PMOs, preferably in a Business Change context
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to write formal documents and clear concise business communications to multiple audiences (management, technical, user)
- Specialist in project, program and portfolio governance processes, procedures and control systems
- Leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high performing teams
- PMI PMP (or equivalent)
- Experience in RfP and PoC concepts and process
- Financial Services - professional experience or education in financial area
- Deep understanding of IT environment - professional experience or education
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- At least Intermediate German (understanding of written and spoken language)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of working in international and multicultural environments
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, MS Project and Powerpoint)

The Customer's department aims to substantially reduce manual work by automation of the Operations Department processes and application of state-of-the-art electronic systems (digitalization). The objective is to realise significant cost savings as well as improve service quality.
As part of the program, it is planned to build up a new IT system that shall support, enhance and (partially) automate and digitalize the Banking Support Services (cognitive intelligence support system). It will provide self-service functionality for information retrieval that may be used by Front employees as well as by the agents of the Banking Support

- PoC InfoCenter
- Implementation project InfoCenter
