In our new support model some support services are provided by our colleagues in our globally operating Shared Service Centers. One such location is Poznań, established in 2011, with over 800 employees, providing services in the fields of Assistant Support, Finance, Human Resources and Business Presentations to McKinsey colleagues in the EMEA region.
You will run end-to-end recruiting operations for various service lines in our Shared Services Center in Poznan, including developing/revising search strategies and assessment techniques. As a member of the Recruiting team you will closely collaborate with team members as well as effectively partner with our hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to meet the hiring targets.
One key responsibility will be to closely monitor the local recruiting market and launch campus initiatives to attract the best possible talent. You will focus on related recruiting projects, such as campus recruiting, social media, web and local market presence, training and workshops for candidates, direct search and referral campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Run end-to-end recruiting operations for all departments
- Drive sourcing efforts, e.g., write and post job ads, promote employee referral activities, participate in recruiting campaigns and job fairs
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics of interviews and recruiting events
- Run screening and assessment of candidates
- Document recruiting data in our candidate tracking database
- Prepare, conduct and document regular Quality of Hire reviews with service line leadership
- Contribute to continuously improve our assessment techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Drive employer branding efforts (e.g., manage social media presence, update career website, create innovative campaigns)
- Build relationship and collaborate with educational institutions and Recruiting Ambassadors to help manage Campus Recruiting
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR, marketing or communication
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience in event planning wouldl be an additional asset: organizing job fairs, social events
- Excellent English skills (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent preferred)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relations
- Very good operational and organizational skills
- Ability to generate solutions independently, strong drive for results
