HR Admin (Senior) Specialist with native/fluent both English and another EMEA language

Job description
- Administration of key HR systemsSupport of compensation administration (bonus calculation, compensation memos)
- Support with keeping personal files and employment contracts administration
- Support of contract management with providers of employee benefits, incl. registration of staff movements with providers
- Support of visa/work permit management
- Support of data analysis and complex reporting processes (ad hoc, legal reports, benchmarking)
- Range of other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in philology/linguistics (preferred), or HR, economics, management, finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Fluency – both spoken and written – in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish
- 3-4 years of experience in HR administration
- Basic knowledge of labour law for the country of the second language (Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Russia, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark)
- Advanced computer literacy, incl. Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Analytical thinking and solid problem-solving skills
- Solid communication skills with the ability to tailor messages over the phone or via email
- Drive for complex challenges, change and ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organisational boundaries
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality output
- Process orientation, drive for results, ‘can do attitude’
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time against tight deadlines
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and effectively contribute to a team without face-to-face interaction
