For the start-up company in Krakow we are looking for an experienced individual to support the migration process form UK and creating the procedures and policies of Polish entity of the company.
The role is the key consultant to the business units on talent and change management. The incumbent is constantly learning about internal and external best HR practices, actively listening to client(s), and meeting their needs while exceeding their expectations as primary drivers of the HR programs and processes that emanate from the global HR Centers of Expertise. Also, support with HR recruitment systems through effective recruitment practices.

Requirements:
- University degree with preferred major in business management or commerce/economics
- 12+ years of HR experience or in related areas, preferably in start-up organization from IT field
- Must have proven experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process: source, screen, assess, negotiate and close
- Deep knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, immigration and governmental regulations
- Fluent English and Polish
