Requirements:

 

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources and recruitment
  • Experience in sourcing using a variety of research methods including LinkedIn
  • Experience in professional services preferred
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed and all-rounded human resources professional with hands-on experiences in staffing, employee relations, compensation, as well as strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Head of Human Resources and Training & Development Advisor during the annual planning process on strategic people initiatives
  • Working with the Head of Human Resources on the delivery of strategic recruiting and hiring activity across all locations in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Creating and owning hiring targets, tracking progress and driving initiatives based on metrics
  • Work with marketing and the Head of Human Resources to develop the RFG employment brand internally and externally
  • Ensure that RFG’s mission is extended to all candidates
  • Review existing processes, identify and implement best practice
  • Drive new strategies for attracting top talent and ensuring the employee base reflects the diverse nature of RFG
  • Build in-house Sourcing capabilities and passive candidate generation. Effectively manage vendor, agency and other recruitment costs.
  • Build out Talent Acquisition Programs such as University Relations, drive Diversity initiatives and branding activities that support our hiring targets
  • Act as a key stakeholder and thought leader within RFG
