International FMCG company is currently looking for an experienced
candidate with positive, pro-active approach for the position of
Job Profile: Execution of all fields of the operational HR work from recruiting and onboarding to the exit of an employee in accordance with the Labour Law. Responsibilities will not include bookkeeping duties.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

ongoing recruitment/resourcing at all levels and to all company departments with a strong focus on sales
-
job interviews and the assessment of candidates
-
updates of CV database
-
employee relations/engagement and contract termination
-
induction including in-house training program
-
implementation of HR policies, including coaching and personal development programs
-
talent search within and outside of the organisation
Our requirements:

At least 3-year experience on a similar position in a busy sales environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (necessary)

University degree
-
Very good understanding of HR and labour law regulations and procedures

A strong and confident communicator

Excellent organisational & planning skills

Flexible with duties and scope of work

Ability to work in stressful environment and meet deadlines
