The Supply Chain Manager in Krakow is seeking exceptional candidates to fill the following position:
To administer the process of importing UFS paper products from Brazil and other non-European mills and coordinate all activities associated with distribution of goods through European Distribution Centers.

Administer day-to-day activities associated with imports through European Distribution Centers or direct in containers, in accordance with the existing procedures and business rules

Maintain good communication with Distribution Centers operators, Customer Service, Finance and sourcing mills in order to ensure seamless process

Based on demand calculate volumes to be imported to Distribution Centers in Europe

Resolve day-to-day process related matters

Support Distribution Centers with their daily operational inquiries

Ensure stock alignment between IP system and Distribution Centers’ IT system

Support Team Leader and follow his/her instructions and guidelines

Provide back-up to other team members

Seek for and suggest improvement of the import processes

Provide accurate and timely information/data for the financial month close process

Working in a Pan-European, multi-cultural and multilingual environment

Cooperation with overseas mills (e.g. Brazil)

Providing support for five Distribution Centers across Europe

Being exposed to rapidly changing business & market requirement

Ensure product availability while managing low inventories and high stock turnover

Maintain high level of accuracy and data alignment between various systems

Multitasking

Experience in at least one of the following: Customer Service, Distribution, Production Planning, Purchasing

Understanding multiple business areas such as purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing and supply chain

Fluent English

Travel requirement: 1-2 times per year
