Job Description
- Responsible for creation, implementation and facilitation of courses related to the process management area
- Participates in staff development program through training, courses planning and management, development of training materials (PowerPoints, leader & participant guides, class exercises)
- Together with the Subject Matter Experts & Management Team assesses the needs and the weaknesses in skills, and afterwards prepares development trainings targeting them
- Work together with other team members to drive consistency, standardization and process simplification while providing quality customer service
- Assesses objectively, against pre-set criteria, the performance and ability levels of employees and report as appropriate
- Participate in creating process development strategy for SMC Team

- At least 2+ years of proven work related experience in process area (working knowledge of ITIL v3)
- Preferred: proven track record of success in managing training programs in differentiated environment, where candidate had to explore initially unknown area
- Demonstration of experience in successfully creating top quality work under aggressive timelines. Ability to find balance between multiple priorities.
- Willingness to explore new knowledge areas, learn and teach/coach others
- Excellent presentation skills both regarding tools and techniques
- Strong Skills in Microsoft Office
- Good Writing Skills and Verbal Communication Skills – English
- Preferred: proven track record of success in managing training programs in differentiated environment, where candidate had to explore initially unknown area
- Demonstration of experience in successfully creating top quality work under aggressive timelines. Ability to find balance between multiple priorities.
- Willingness to explore new knowledge areas, learn and teach/coach others
