IT Helpdesk Specialist with Spain

Job description:
- answer inbound customer calls and provide support within requested area
- advise customer on appropriate actions on the phone
- cooperate with upper levels of technical support and field service engineers
- observe technical or process problems and offer improvement suggestions
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- check quality of service tickets in customer service applications and create service reports
Requirements:
- communicative written and spoken English & fluent one of other languages (Czech / Slovak / French / Dutch / German / Danish / Italian / Norwegian / Spanish / Portuguese)
- technical background
- good analytical skills
- very good communication and interpersonal skills
- customer orientation
- availability to shift work (possible three shifts also night shift, depends of language)
- willing to relocate/work in Warsaw, Poland
- availability to travel to Warsaw for interview
