Key Responsibilities
- Support assigned Project Manager in gathering project information and presenting information in requested formats.
- Coordinate all streams and delivery partners to achieve migrations and project activities in a coordinated and controlled manner.
- Complete all assigned tasks in connection with the organization’s activity, charged by the direct manager, supervisor or the functional head.
- Use Excel to slice and dice data from internal tools and then analyse data.
- Build reporting suites for key Programs.
- Track changes and progress against schedule.
- Tabulate progress statistics.
- 2+ years’ experience either in a Project Coordinator or analytical role in IT services – infrastructure/data center strongly preferred.
- Strong Compliance background, KYC and CCAR knowledge preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in analyzing data, identifying and investigating data gaps as well as resolving anomalies.
- Highly proficient in Excel. MOS certification for Excel would be an advantage.
- Strong English and Polish language skills/both verbal and written.
- Critical thinker with decision-making abilities and problem solving capability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Experience in Financial/Banking Services industry preferred.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong workload management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working remotely or for remote manager.
