Support IT Manager in delivery of IT services and infrastructure, understand interdependencies of all business systems and support units, the flow of data across and between systems. Identify and drive implementation of improvements and IT projects to improve adequacy of existing infrastructure, noting any gaps, and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Keep control on IT operations and vendor operational relationships. Coordinate day-to-day cross-units IT operations, including installations, maintenance, migrations, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in information technology fields
- Very good understanding of IT support processes and technology (Windows, Linux, network, application, security)
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience and knowledge
- IT Project management experience and knowledge (PMI, Agile)
- Very good English and Polish, verbal as well as written
- Very good analytical and problem solving skill as well as interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members and upper management
- Organised, structured approach, well documented
