We are inviting a motivated IT Recruitment specialist to join our office in Krakow!
You will work as part of the team of recruiters who play a vital role in growing our business. Both agency and in-house recruiters are welcome to apply.
MISSION
- Full-cycle recruitment process:
- taking requirements from the clients
- posting job ads
- proactive candidate sourcing via different sources
- conducting candidate screening and HR interviews
- preparing HR feedbacks
- organizing technical and client’s interview
- making and negotiating Job offers
- Building teams of engineers in projects for clients from Belgium, Scandinavia and USA
- Direct cooperation with clients regarding recruiting-related matters
- Open to participate in and take initiative in Human Resources and Employment branding activities
- Close cooperation with Client Partner and HR Manager
- Building and maintaining good relationships with candidates
- Continuous building Skelia’s internal candidate base
- Generating ideas for increasing recruitment efficiency
- Taking up ambassadorship for the Company
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong IT and /or engineering recruitment background – 3 + years of experience are required
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
- Good knowledge of the local IT and Engineering market
- Results-focused, reliable and trustworthy person, able to take responsibility
- Sense of humor and strong team player
- Flexible and able to make professional judgments
