IT Technical Support Analyst with French
Job description:
- Work closely with helpdesk peers in cross-training, development/implementation of operational excellence procedures and fostering teamwork
- Work closely with I.M. support staff to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems
- Perform effectively as project team member for helpdesk projects and internal assignments
- Willing to participate in on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities
Job requirements:
- Fluency in French (essential)
- Very good English
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service and IT helpdesk will be an asset
- Knowledge in operating systems will be an asset
