The principal role of the Junior Rebate Analyst function is to help International Paper EMEA accomplish its objectives by preparing reports and analyses in a systematic and time-effective way. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated employee who will also have an interest in the opportunity to interact with various levels of business and staff management throughout the Company.

- Calculate and analyze sales rebate accruals for European Papers
- Ensure proper rebate payments and coordinate the process with Sales, Credit Departments and CapGemini
- Control and develop rebate process and procedures
- Provide ad-hoc support to financial and sales management
- Prepare Sales reporting including price & volume analysis and support various internal groups to ensure consistency and integrity of sales data across in-house systems
- Maintain and develop reporting tools - prepare models, manuals and report standardization
- Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting, business administration, economics or finance
- Experience in finance area
- High motivation for development in finance
- Knowledge of Excel with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications
- Ability to work with other team members and employees at all levels within the company
- Good command of English
- Additional foreign language will be an advantage
- Analytical skills
- Good attention to details
- Good communication skills
