Main responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and take necessary action according to defined process
• Warn of potential impact of request on the given application functionality/performance
• Validate/check work of other teams if involved in delivering requested solution
• Advice on feasibility of the issue solving or improvements/changes requested
• Answer to technical questions of internal/external clients
• Document implemented solution and collect documentation created by other teams
• Give estimation cost
• Follow-up issues and solve problems in collaboration with other teams
Profile Requirements & Qualifications:
• Undergraduate (bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience)
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Open and problem solving attitude
• Willing to learn new things
• Experience in a technical support position is an advantage
