For our Client - a leading international provider of innovative network management solutions for ensuring data communications and Internet uptime (testing, monitoring, analysis and maintenance of local and wide area networks and the underlying fiber and copper cable infrastructure) - we are searching for the suitable Marketing Manager
Primary Responsibilities
-Create, implement, and monitor programs, promotions, and product launch for assigned sales organization.
-The market expert on channel’s competitive landscape and offerings.
-Develops partnerships with sales team and business units.
-Oversees the development of strategic marketing plans and marketing programs for designated market segments.
-Define, implement, measure, and track national end user seminar/trade show programs.
-Partner with marketing to define named accounts, contacts, and program content.
-Identify best and most cost effective method to coordinate, invite, and schedule programs.
-Identify key influences and organizations based on defined seminar/trade show content.
-Create opportunity for presentations.
-Partner with Marketing to identify, implement, and measure customer demand generation programs.
-Define and communicate internal and external promotions to sales force.
-Create and assign budget and marketing plans, keep track
-Develop and execute programs which drive awareness and contribute to the order inflow in a comprehensive portfolio of products.
-Support assigned market segments and product lines for existing and new products
-Partner with Channel Sales managers
-Execute Marketing Programs that establish fresh thinking in the industry, deepen engagement with customers and attract new customers to the brand. Provides input for strategic sales & marketing plans.
-Lead the marketing programs, for assigned market segments and product lines, to achieve the segment EMEA revenue plans within budget.
-Do Marketing B2B to develop organization to new levels of Marketing, knowledgeable about Digital Marketing.
-Communication of product, marketing communication and channel strategy..
-Lead new product introductions.
-Gather market data, market share information and competitive intelligence data, analyses data
-Act as interface, together with Technical Sales, with BU marketing for new product development and provides input for the BU strategic plan.
-Work closely to the local Sales and Marketing organizations.
-Supply channels with all relevant insights based on web analytics, marketing automation and CRM.
-Launch a sustainable presence on relevant social media platforms, enable the entire organization to act according to Social Media guidelines.
-Continue to build, optimize and expand our mobile presence through a mobile App, mobile websites and mobile campaigns.
-Contribute to the Digital Strategy that will help grow the business today and tomorrow

-Experienced professional with a full understanding of manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tool
-Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
-Fully qualified, career-oriented, journey level professional
-Capable to develop (regional) Marketing & Distribution plans
-Can act independently and within team
-Work experience within Test and Measurement
-Technical understanding (advantage)
-Analytical capabilities,
-Channel Marketing knowledge,
-Lead driven Marketing knowledge.
-Fluent English
-Willingness to travel
