Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Managing small to medium size transition projects and/or managing work streams within medium to large projects
- Transition planning and execution
- Supporting sales teams and Client visits
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams both from Clients and Accenture
- Project Management- related experience ideally in large multi-national environment- min. 3 years
- Background in business processes (accounting and finance, procurement, utilities, digital marketing, quality etc)
- Prior exposure to both internal and external management stakeholders is an important asset
- Operational management experience, particularly in Outsourcing or in an internal business process is an advantage
- Project team, objective driven leadership: managing locally & remotely
- Fluent English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an asset
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively against changing deadlines
- Strong personality, drive towards business goals and issue solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible & comfortable with change & conflicts management
- Innovation and Client value oriented
- Good understanding of technology
- Experience of working in diverse cultural & virtual environment would be a strong asset
