Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order Scheduling, Demand and Delivery Management. The department is new on one hand but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

Order Management Coordinator with German

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The role encompasses coordination end-to-end order processing for EMEA customers and Channel Partners using Order Management tools and cooperation with all internal and external parties. Work closely with Sales and Customers, managing and prioritizing of orders on first in, first out basis. Ability to act effectively in matrix oriented team environment. Team with key work partners to achieve Supply Chain cycle time and quality goals. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Being a point of contact for customer order processing and ensuring service orders are booked timely and meeting customers' required ship dates.
● Managing and coordinating critical orders via Motorola Solutions systems to validate and process orders in adherence to purchase order requirements and established product rules.
● Assist Sales and Project Managers in gathering all needed customer and solution inputs
● Ensure technical and commercial order checks are done.
● Work on improvement projects to drive and achieve higher levels in service quality and customer satisfaction.
● Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate.
● Participating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads and are critical to corporate financial performance

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
● Fluent command of English
● Very good knowledge of German (majority of communication is in German)
● Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
● University degree (bachelor/master)
● Customer Satisfaction mindset
● 1-3 years work experience. Corporate experience within the Supply Chain, Customer Service or Finance will be an advantage.
● Skillful in prioritizing, taking ownership and able to work towards deadlines
● Existing knowledge of Oracle be an advantage
