Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning. The department is new on one hand but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future. Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Order Management Coordinator will provide customer support to Channel Partners operatingthroughout EA in accordance to Channel Partner contracts as well to global and regional OM processes and procedures.Responsibilities will include:
• Complete order management / order cycle for all Channel Partner and internal indirect orders EA.-Order entry-Change order process-Hold management in close cooperation with:finance, credit, export control, product groups, PM's, sales etc.-Information about order status towards our Channel Partners-Coordination of orders with Supply Chain-Coordination of orders with Export / Shipping Department
• Following all Export Control Regulations
• Being main contact person for Channel Partners in regards to order management and complainthandling as well order related issues for EA / Customer Advocate
• Handling of customer complaints
• Being contact person for Channel Partner and internal related issues and questions around MOL( Motorola Online )
• Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries
• Audit support

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or comparableformal industrial and commercial education
• Minimum 2 years of work experiences in relevant field and customer focused environment
• Business fluent Polish, English, Italian / French is a plus
• Excellent knowledge about MS office
• Excellent time management
• Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself
• Excellent communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to judge
• High rate of sensitivity of the mentality, business culture and practices in a multicultural environment
