- Management of functional costs
- Support annual KTLO budget and functional targets
- Support on sourcing strategy
- Manage relationship with central sourcing team
- End-to-end lead (accountable) approval process on sourcing approval process (WPAS, BEELINE)
- Communication of process changes from central COO.
- Communication and consolidation of GT central COO ad-hoc requests to/from management
- Assist with obtaining any approvals for any SD direct cost (e.g. professional fees, fixed cost contracts, travel, infra) contracts.
Successful candidates should have 3+ years' experience in similar positions and are expected to have excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
You have to be able to understand our client' goals to achieve them. You have to have profound experience in a similar global environment, especially in the following areas:
- Effective communication, strong experience of direct communication with client and middle/upper management
- Experience in budget execution
- Experience in contract management (FP, T&M, SLA, invoicing processes)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Accuracy and analytical mindset
- Advanced experience as a user with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Having next skills would be a plus:
- Experience in working in enterprise environment (multinational company, preferable in IT department or in IT company)
- Experience in working on-site for enterprise client
