Our client Company, one the biggest and most successful IT companies in the world with offices in Krakow, Poland is looking for individuals who are fluent in Turkish and would like to pursue their career in IT.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to front line General Support and Service Relationship Managers (SRMs).
- Provide two-way communication and collaboration on monthly product release cycles and customer-centric product development.
- Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness (user acceptance testing, prioritization process liaison, emergency paging process, new feature release launches).
Your skills, knowledge and experience:
- Fluent Turkish and English
- 1-4 years of experience in IT area
- Willingness to Learn
- Basic working knowledge in HTML, JavaScript
- Ability to absorb and troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Analytical, technically minded and highly detail oriented.
