As Business Unit Manager you will be responsible for ensuring project management consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. The role drives innovation and best practices related to project management and execution.
- Ensure that projects deliverables are on time, within scope and budget and quality.
- Drive and assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Plan and coordinate internal resources and third parties
- Plan and ensure resource availability and allocation (utilization, billability, workload).
- Ensure resources flexibility across projects/ clients.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques / KPIs.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Maintain and develop project management standards.
- Manage and develop the team

Master Degree in computer science, engineering, economics.

Proven working experience in project management, preferably in the information technology sector.

PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
