– provide administrative support to the Senior PMO Lead and Programme Manager, using agreed project management methodologies
– organise team meetings and workshops
– maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
– produce status reports and track financial forecasts vs. actual spend as part of project control
You have:
- practical experience with MS Excel
– a university degree
– experience in a role like this
– experience in an environment where no two days are the same
– some work experience in financial services
- desirable experience with project methodology

You’ll be working with the IB Client Lifecycle Management Program team in London. We're responsible for delivering solutions to close out action plans relating to high risk Operational Risk Inventory (ORI) items. Forming part of the front-to-back IB Client Lifecycle Management Programme, we support the Operations Teams who service Client and Account data and work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment with stakeholders across Front Office Sales, COO, Legal, Credit Risk, Operations and Data Management globally.
