PTP Process Senior Specialist – German Speaker

Job description
- Receives and reviews procurement system service requests (resolution of vendor and customer queries)
- Coordinates and escalates rush/emergency invoice requests from initial request to payment
- Determines root cause of returned payments/payment rejections and provide resolution
- Reviews and research and resolve to balance out debit/credit reports
- Communicates changes in VAT rates to Service Provider
- Represents territory specific issues to AP Global Governance including internal audit controls and Sarbanes – Oxley (SOX)
- Assists in project and process management tasks as required including new integration of new businesses
- Reviews desktop procedures (DTPs) in conjunction with Global Process Owner (client)
- Cascades the knowledge gained on transition to remaining delivery team
- Assists team members in resolving complex cases, first point of escalation in case of any operational issues
- Train the new joiners in processes in scope and ensures that cross-training occurs within Team to prevent reliance on key individuals
- Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes and supports transformation initiatives

Candidate’s profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in P2P (Account Payable and Procurement)
- Very good German is a must
- Very good English skills
- Ability to travel (frequent travels may be required during initial phase of the project)
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
