For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Recruitment Partner.
Successful Candidate will be working collaboratively with hiring managers at assigned levels from various departments to develop recruiting strategies to meet business needs such as university relations strategy, intern strategy, search assignments etc. Create an annual proactive recruiting plan for assigned client areas. Research, recommend and implement new and innovative recruiting avenues for active and passive candidate recruiting, review internal succession plans for role and share any potential candidates as part of the recruiting process. Fill open positions effectively and efficiently, within defined Service Level metrics. Leverage online recruiting resources, such as niche job boards, associations, LinkedIn, university career center websites and ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Prescreen candidates, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Participate in selection processes (interviews, assessment centers, job simulations) as appropriate, and according to market practice. Manages candidate through the entire life cycle of the recruiting process. Delivers highly persuasive communications with high potential candidates using all effective mediums, collaborates across the HR/organization value chain to maximize candidate satisfaction (e.g. compensation, benefits package, relocations, immigration etc.) Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in market, as relates to talent acquisition practices.
As ideal Candidate should have 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, Bachelor degree, fluent English skills, excellent interviewing and active listening skills, strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office and creative sourcing techniques, ability to communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels (from entry level to executive), both domestically and internationally. Capacity to prioritize work and address time sensitive matters. Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively with various project teams on multiple tasks within a cross-functional, matrixed reporting structure. Critical thinking skills, able to analyze and interpret data, information and identify pattern, trends and insights to develop appropriate solutions. You should also demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills be able to independently problem solve and come to solution on projects, key issues and obstacles.
