Responsibilities:
Responsibilities within Coordination:
- Scheduling/queue management of penetration testing for internal and external (3rd party vendor) teams
- Initial quality assurance of request forms
- General reporting and administrative tasks
- Pre-emptive addressing of possible areas of concern in order to maximise team delivery
- Client survey preparation, distribution and response collation
- Supporting of end-to-end lifecycle of penetration testing own and 3rd party delivery
Responsibilities within Tracking:
- Working with business and technical risk owners to understand current risk status
- Chasing risk owners on actions planned
- Influencing the people providing input to the reporting to ensure timely delivery
- Scheduling re-tests with internal and external pentest vendors
Responsibilities within area of Management Information and reporting:
- Preparation of Management Information and status reporting for number of Global IT Security services
- Influencing the people providing input to the reporting to ensure timely delivery
- General engagement queue administration
- Supporting team members in internal process's and tooling improvements
- Handling the logistics and administration of local IT Security team
- Covering other tasks as assigned by the relevant Manager
- Minimise costs and use their time efficiently in carrying out their work, raising issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
Responsibilities within Change Management:
- Prepare change management tickets for penetration testing based on templates
- Process the tickets within internal change management workflow
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MI and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle BI
- Knowledge of technologies and security implications
- Presenting communication, interpersonal, team-working and organisational skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
