Senior Sales Specialist

Due to dynamic growth of our plants we are looking for a candidates on the position of  Senior Sales Specialist who will be responsible for sales growth of the Dry Transformers businesses in the Poland and assigned European region.

Tasks:
  • Implement PP Transformers sales strategy for dry-type transformers in the assigned Poland and European region;
  • Based on the strategy develop sales plan activities for Poland market and the assigned European region in cooperation and agreement with European marketing & sales team for PG Dry Transformers;
  • Set in cooperation with PG Dry objectives and order budgets for each country and monitor the progress made against these undertakings based on sales & marketing plan (template);
  • Extend the dry transformer business by finding new clients, arranging customer visits, participation at fairs and other customer events, contributions in trade journals, etc.;
  • Manage active sales from the 4 European PG Dry factories by presenting offer, negotiation, contract sign;
  • Provide sales related technical support in cooperation with European marketing & sales team to local ABB organizations;
  • Support sales related service activities for dry-type transformers and capability in the target countries;
  • Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and trends as well as important customer relationships;
  • Drive sales development activities according to the strategy and ABB rules and values;
  • Build up knowledge about ABB products and solutions.

 

Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably in electrical or economics field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing of B2B sales;
  • Working experience in transformer business is welcome;
  • Fluent English and Polish, knowledge of other European languages would be advantageous;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Very strong result orientation and analytical skills;
  • Leadership skills (ability to lead, easly cooperate with people);
  • Ability to frequent business trips, driving license.
