Senior SAP Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
- You, as a Project Manager have overall responsibility for successful projects delivery according to agreed scope, time and budget
- Take an accountability and responsibility for strategic projects and provides governance to all team members
- Lead an effective overall change control including documentation, impact analysis (cost, risk, quality, staffing), approval by Change Control Board, updates and coordinates the project plan
- Propose and implement changes with senior stakeholders during project execution based on experience, knowledge or impact analysis
- Directs activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
- Look for new solutions and tools that put our PM discipline on the next level
- Ensure compliance with relevant company policies
- Coach junior staff and help them grow in demanding environment
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST: Proven track in leading large complexity projects geographically dispersed, multi- cultural project teams, including more than one sub-contractor where the solution/ technology was giving a tone
- MUST: Proven track of record in implementing ERP / Production SAP systems
- MUST: Open for travel (up to 80%)
- MUST: Proficient in English and/or German
- Master's degree, preferred in area of IT technologies
- Excellent presentation skills both regarding tools and techniques
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure in order to meet committed deadline
- Strong customer relations skills are a must
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Project management certification; PMI, ASAP, PRINCE
