Poszukujemy kandydatów biegle mówiących po niemiecku dla światowego lidera wielokanałowej obsługi klienta i outsourcingu na stanowisko:

Specjalista ds. Obsługi Klienta z j. niemieckim.

Miejsce pracy: Lublin

Zakres obowiązków:
  • obsługa klienta
  • analiza, przyjmowanie i rozpatrywanie zgłoszeń od klientów niemieckojęzycznych związanych z użytkowaniem usług niemieckiego teleoperatora
  • kontakt telefoniczny i mailowy z Klientem niemieckojęzycznym
  • dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi klienta
  • rozwiązywanie kwestii zgłaszanych przez Klientów dotyczących sprzętu telefonicznego, pakietów usług, taryf i płatności
  • sprzedaż wybranych produktów i usług z portfolio operatora.
Requirements:
  • biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego (min. B2)
  • doświadczenie nie jest wymagane, zainteresowanie branżą telekomunikacyjną będzie mile widziane
  • silne umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • dynamiczność, pozytywne nastawienie oraz zaangażowanie
