- Phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users
- Supporting the Clients in diagnosis and problems solving of technical issues, troubleshooting
- Providing solutions and ideas
- High quality customer assistance
Requirements:
- Proficient or native knowledge of French (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- Experience in IT support position - required (previous experience in 1st line or 2nd line)
- Very good communication skills, patience, empathy
- Team spirit
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
