Currently we are expanding the Analytics Team in Warsaw and we are looking for experienced and accomplished professionals.
Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year
- Delivering/adding value to client by improving the supply chain practice of the client’s business through:
- Addressing both strategic and operational supply chain issues within the Warranty and Product Return operations
- Working effectively within groups of highly talented individuals and contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies (e.g. warranty data management, fraud detection, and claims management)
- Managing the collection and analysis of large amounts of data, develop key insights / findings, and propose solutions to various Supply Chain issues
- Demonstrating expertise in management of Warranty Operations
- Minimum higher degree from leading university, MBA degree would be an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and good level of German
- 6+ years of overall experience with consulting background in one of the following sectors: Automotive & Industrial equipment, Communications , Electronics & High tech or similar
- Hands-on experiences in the following areas:
- Lead, develop and manage warranty & RGA functions (claims, warranty analysis, etc.)
- Coordinate data analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee the validity of warranted claims
And/or:
- Management of end-to-end workflow processes to handle Warranty and Product Return Operations
- Experience in implementing new processes on repair and return management, claim validation, product lifecycle analysis, fraud detection and overall warranty costs optimization
- Analysis and problem solving to reduce warranty exposure
- Experience in data extraction, manipulation and reporting capabilities, strong analytical and modeling skills
- Deep knowledge of SAS, R or Hadoop. Other tools like SQL, Matlab, KXEN, Gretl or similar will be an asset
- Knowledge of RDBMS languages such as SQL in different environment (SQL Server, Oracle) would be an asset
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Should have team management and project delivery experience
- Should express strong business development experience and abilities
