Are you experienced in gathering data and preparing reports for various stakeholders, including Senior Management? Are you interested in project management? We are looking for someone like that who can:
- Being the main contact person to customers in terms of support of the Project/Program (incl. financial aspects) *Maintain and update project management reporting tools *Support and coordinate project management tasks (Quality Control checks, RAID & RAG Reporting) *Support ad-hoc clean-up and bulk modification requests in SharePoint database *Assure initial quality on received data inputs based on given guidelines *Ensure risks and issues in processes are identified, reported and escalated as required
- Executive status summary and pack preparation
- Support Project Managers at Project, Program and Portfolio project admin tasks and deliverables
- Track Milestones and KPIs
- Tracking of the contractual lifecycle events (e.g. contract creation, sign-off, changes, closure, etc.)
- Previous experience of project monitoring and understanding of the all project stages;
- Delivery focus, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to details
- Very good organizational and time-management skills
- Technical background/experience with working in IT environment will be an asset;
- Previous experience in project environment is a must
- Experience in working with data sources and building reports
- Experienced in various financial/KPI analysis and reporting
- Financial Data processing
- Advanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint )
- Experience working in multinational companies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Previous experience of supporting Projects with use of financial and non-financial tools/systems
- Ability to learn quickly new terminology
Join our Development Center and become a member of our open minded, progressive and professional in Implementation Governance Team. In this role you will be working on projects for one of our world famous banks. The department is located in the office in Zabierzów (Krakow Business Park). The team supports the bank in change management activities while participating in a globally known project and cooperating with Senior Stakeholders and teams in other locations. In this role you will be a part of a team aimed at providing extensive professional support in the area of project management and project coordination.
