For our Client, international company, we are currently looking for Support Analyst:
Workplace: Wroclaw
Responsibilities:
- Support the client's requests and provide them with a solution
- Find a solution to each request through collaboration with your colleagues and R&D
- Follow the procedures of the Customer Service Department
- Present any issues to the team leader in reasonable time manner
- Voice any concerns clearly and precisely in a call handling system
- Follow all company's business procedures and policies
- Find possibilities to improve the services and raise any issues through the appropriate channel
- Being responsible for personal development including technical knowledge and soft skills develpoment
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and another language will be an additional asset
- Exceptional customer service - being able to understand and fulfill the customer's needs
- Possesses good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize the workload to meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly attitude towards every task
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Experience:
- more than 1 year of relevant experience
- good knowledge of ERP/ Finance/Procurement systems and Microsoft Office
- knowledge of RDBMS system is preferred
- experience in customer service will be an additional asset as well as accounting qualification(s)
