For one of our Client, a global company, due to the strategic plans of opening a new Shared Services Center in Cracow, we are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Candidates for the position of
Talent Acquisition Expert with fluent German
Location: Krakow
Duties:
- Source for potential high-level skilled Candidates and ensuring in-depth understanding of recruitment needs and roles specifications
- Manage and develop external and internal job postings through various channels
- Create various search list of potential passive candidates, based on client or internal requirements
- Cooperate with internal leaders in order to generate ideas, control resources and share information that enables an effective search processes according to assigned timelines and requirements across Europe
- Being responsible for management of social media/social networking tools (Linkedin, Facebook, and others)
- Identifying and approaching the best suitable Candidates for specific job roles
- Screening and tracking Candidates’ applications in order to verify the best suitable Candidates for open positions, for either RPO or contingent solutions
- Manage candidate applications with regards to data privacy rules and regulations
- Being responsible for reporting on sourcing and recruitment effectiveness to other partners and departments, applying process improvement solutions
- Updating internal database system with all required information
- Readiness and willingness to join various established networks
- Taking part in other tasks and recruiting assignments when necessary
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting and sourcing/talent acquisition
- University degree or relevant working experience in the field of HR/recruitment
- Experience in working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment professional experience would be an asset
- Working knowledge of HR recruitment systems would be an asset (posting job reqs, tracking candidates etc.)
- Experience with high volume recruiting would be a plus
- Broad understanding of web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems
- Experience in using social networking tools and platforms
- Fluency in English - is a must
- Fluent German - is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of French would be an additional asset
- Outstanding organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
