Responsibilities:
- Determines ‘sourcing’ channel to fulfill demand for Local Technology & CMT aligned pools
of employees - Accesses “alternate pools” as necessary - considers all sourcing channels in filling roles
(e.g. contractors / new joiners/cross-border assignment) - Acts as a main contact for stakeholders regarding fulfillment decisions
- Understands project assumptions and priorities (including demand priority) for roles
- Understands needs, preferences, skills, etc. and match people to roles accordingly
- Works with the Resource Pool Supply/Demand Specialist to understand the business environment to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to provide guidance and counsel to resolve supply/demand issues, and provide input into resource planning activities
- Works with Resource Pool SD specialists in creating short-term and long term supply plans for their resource pool based on current and future demand view
- Handles routine scheduling transactions and more complex situations with a minimum of help
- Cooperates with business leads, HR and Recruitment, Procurement team
- Drives and/or participates in decision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation
- Escalates issues and risks in a timely and appropriate manner
- Proactively communicates availability of people/skills and push to schedule available resource
- Represents and/or supports individual people in the scheduling process as needed
- Manages roll of dates and individual chargeability of all resources within their resource pool
- Manages and track people productivity metrics such as chargeability or bench for their respective resource pool and identify corrective actions needed
- Coaches business customers on S/D processes
- Ensures accurate scheduling data in scheduling systems
- Prepares status and ad-hoc reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Basic knowledge of economical and IT area
- Ownership and responsibility for end-to-end staffing process
- Experience in Supply and Demand Management or experience in related areas such
as recruitment, HR, demand management - Experience of delivering HR services to internal/ external clients is preferred
- Strong customer management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Good command of English
- Capability to understand and balance the impact of scheduling decisions on all the business outcomes
- Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with project teams collaboratively
to address issues - Understanding specifics of work in matrix organization and good conflict management skills
