For our Client international technical company to SSC we are looking for:
Team Manager- Customer Service and Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
- Managing several teams in close cooperation with Team Leaders
- Direct management and support for Customer Service Team
- Setting individual objectives to achieve company’s goals,
- Acting as a coordinator supporting people development on daily and monthly basis,
- Reviewing and assessing performance of team members,
- Supporting and motivating the team,
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Wymagania:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing midsize teams (10 employees is a minimum)
- Master degree, preferred in natural sciences,
- Experience in an international environment, ideally in SSC organization,
- Excellent English skills (oral and written),
- Leadership skills,
- Strong customer orientation,
- Ability to work under pressure an in a rapidly changing environment.
