The EMEA Transaction Management team is responsible for developing property strategy and overseeing the execution of transactions for either one large, dedicated client or a number of clients with smaller transaction requirements.
This role will provide support to the Transaction Management - Variable team across a number of client accounts. Its principle focus will be on providing invoicing, reporting, account coordination and transaction management support.
The role will be focussed on improving account efficiency and client reporting. It will encompass, producing consolidated regional and account-level client reports on project activity, leading regional work-in-progress reports, account governance and compliance, KPI tracking and process management, project set-up and invoicing and Transact reporting and administration.
Organisation - Account Coordination
- Manage all transaction project reporting - consolidation of individual project reports into regional/global client reports.
- Attend WIP (Work in Progress) calls conducted between the transaction managers, clients and brokers and support the team by distributing meeting notes
- Organise and support Account Team as they lead meetings reviewing this information. Document any changes and update systems appropriately.
- Prepare and organise annual reporting calendar and account reviews, manage and ensure delivery of meeting agendas / minutes / reports for senior management.
- Ensure Salesforce is accurate and up to date to facilitate speedy and accurate account reporting.
- Manage account invoicing process - working with brokers and project managers to confirm invoicing arrangements, requesting invoices and tracking payment, working with Finance department.
- Work with Account Manager and team in London to help support account management functions.
- Involvement in transactional work - support to transaction managers with potential to take over the project from initiation with client to invoicing
Governance
- Support Framework Agreement governance, compliance and contract measurement (KPIs)
- Support Executive Reporting - annual SET meeting, key client and CBRE corporate presentations
- Maintain TM Playbooks, processes and role mapping
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
- Previous real estate experience is desirable
- Proven client facing experience
- Commercially astute
