For our client, an international production company operating in the luxury home appliances branch, Grafton Recruitment is looking for the experienced candidates willing to work on the position:
Area Business Development Manager
Area: South of Poland (Wrocław, Opole, Katowice, Kraków)
The chosen candidate will be responsible mostly for the brand diffusion on the given part of the market taking care of the process coordination, development and evaluation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promoting employer’s brand, staying in contact with the customers daily, organizing events including product presentation and brand presentation.
- Development of the nontraditional channels by promoting the brand and the products in the channel of furniture studios, architects, interior designers and similar as assigned by the manager
- Scheduling, organizing and conducting business meetings with customers, distributors and dealers to introduce or to follow up on promotion efforts and to exchange information with the sales force regarding basic product-related needs, end-user input, and the general market environment. Reviewing and responding to formal complaints or suggestions regarding assigned a product line.
- Responding to product-related informational requests from internal and external departments/personnel and serves as the primary contact for customer service
- Maintaining currency with respect to technical product-related knowledge and general sales techniques and trends. Prepares summaries of important trends for management use.
- Preparing market analysis and conducting database of competitors/potential competitors on the market.

Wymagania:
- Over 3 years of experience on the sales or business development position in the company specialized in the sales of the luxury home Appliances is a must
- Marketing department experience or central service experience, category experience (in one of the following markets: household, consumer electronics, appliances distributor)
- Good knowledge of the local market and the competitors
- Technical educational background will be an asset
- Good communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to work well with people.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high technical aptitude.
- Ability to effectively train the customers, sales representatives and others on brand and products.
- Good organizational skills as well as thorough documentation and record keeping abilities.
- Ability to research a project and write a proposal report with minimum supervision.
- Languages: English – good level is a must
- Good knowledge of MS Office
