Zadania:
Provide an effective first line application support and incident management service to users on the applications above.
Build strong working relationships with Level 2 support teams, users, colleagues
Manage all support tickets efficiently and in line with defined support service
Manage escalations to third party suppliers or colleagues
Provide support to other corporate business applications and interfaces as they become integrated into the support team activities
Build a knowledgebase in support issues/activities and share knowledge of support related activities with teams
Work closely with teams to ensure the necessary support handover is successfully completed
Contribute to the evolution of the applications above
Wymagania:
Higher education
3 years of experience (but a junior could be possible)
Knowledge of Microsoft core applications
Ability to coordinate activities and communicate clearly
